A 360 degree 3D rendering composed of 30 image stacks of a bovine endothelial cell. The nucleus (blue), mitochondria (red) and the actin cytoskeleton (green) are fluorescently stained. This Digital Confocal image was obtained using Axioplan2, SensiCam SVGA digital camera and the SlideBook software.
