Nomarski Differential Interference Contrast (DIC) real time video
clip of oat coleoptile epidermal cells showing vigorous protoplasmic
streaming. The large organelles are plastids, the small, bright
round organelles are lipid-containing spherosomes. The video was
obtained with a B&W Hamamatsu camera, using the AVEC (Allen Video
Enhanced Contrast) method.
